[NCSG-PC] [PC INPUT] Call for Volunteers: Intergovernmental Organization (IGO) Work Track

Noted on the email address and sorry for the short notice.

It seems the majority so far are okay to appoint Juan, Ioana and Kris.

I also note that Tanya suggested we appoint only Juan and Ioana.

So, unless we get more objections today, I'll go with the three? Juan,
Ioana and Kris.
