[NCSG-PC] [Urgent] NCSG statement PIR Transaction and Proposed Public Interest Commitments Update

All,I'm afraid the timing for this letter was very important a week
ago.  As I watched the letter sit, I feared we were "fiddling while
Rome was burning."  (to use a very old phrase).
Our letter is no longer timely. Huge events have taken place in the
last week -- led by those who submitted their letters to the Board by
4/15.  To not reference those letters and these events is to diminish
them -- and we have no NCSG agreement to do that.
Timing is everything.Best, Kathy

[1]We need to act now as the board is going to make decision. Last
edit the statement was made and the draft was in NCSG list for a
while. If there is no objection within the next 24 hours, I will send
the letter to ICANN board and CEO.I understand the current situation
with covid-19 and confinement but we also still to respond.
