[NCSG-PC] Draft Agenda for NCSG Monthly Policy Call 14th April

Hi all,

I am sharing the draft agenda for the next NCSG Policy call next Tuesday.

The focus would be council agenda which is focused on:

   - impact of covid-19 on ICANN and council work : there was request for
   any input from SG/C and so it is a question for NCSG to share thoughts on
   how it might impact us and in which aspect.
   - GNSO Work prioritization: there will be a proposed framework to
   outline a workplan for GNSO council taking into account several parameters
   including the current situation with covid-19.  Our task will be to
   review the framework and workplan.
   - Transfer Policy next steps: we will discuss how to proceed with the
   recommendations coming from the scoping team and to some extent this is
   related to the previous item i.e. when we can kick-off such work. The first
   step will be to have the issues report which is done  by staff.
   - RDS program management: we will try here to review the several RDS
   related topics like EPDP wave1 report, WPIAG or RDS-RT recs and how to deal
   with them. We won't do the same mistake of having a heavy RDS WG.

As you can see it is about planning and strategizing while having in mind
the current situations and uncertainty for coming months. The policy call
will be opportunity to familiarize everyone and get some input to guide us
for council deliberations.

For the rest of the agenda:

- for policy update, I will identify/confirm with some volunteers if they
can give us short updates from the WG. if we won't have enough volunteers
attending, I will follow-up with asking for written update and skip this
part.
- Board seat election: to inform membership about the election and confirm
the steps. we have to rush because the deadlines.
- ICANN68: there is planning meeting scheduled next week and board is
expected to make decision about ICANN68 soon.

Regarding (mini-)webinars to complement the policy call, we need to have
some ideas of what we would like cover as topic and schedule them. so any
suggestion is welcome
