[NCSG-PC] Proposed NCSG Policy calls until AGM 2020

Im the opposite, with a very busy work calendar unless we are scheduling these as early as possible its impossible for me to take 1-2 hours out of the middle of a workday, particularly at the moment in current circumstances.

I would agree with Stephanie. Even at the moment it is difficult to know what can be the commitments for those specific dates. Maybe we could agree on specific date of the next call during each call we have? At least everyone could fastly check the personal calendar and be sure that there are no other clashing commitments for that day.

I understand the benefits of a regularly scheduled time....and I know 12 UTC is a compromise for the time zone split.  I do wonder if rotation is not a good idea though.....for anyone who finds Tuesday a bad day for any reason (staff meetings, teaching, whatever) it seems more fair to vary the schedule to accommodate folks.
