[NCSG-PC] NCSG Policy Committee meeting follow-up

Hi all,

thanks for the comments. with no objection, I guess next step it is to
circulate a draft plan/timeline for the selection and get that done quickly
as possible. I acknowledge the current situation impacting and I think we
can proceed giving enough time to everyone.
