[NCSG-PC] Fwd: Pré-ICANN

I have to say asking for staff not to travel and not at least discuss
eliminating some of the Face to Face meetings for the community is petulant
and only reflect personal views. Since climate change was discussed on the
general mailing list with enthusiasm I suggest sending this email to the
general mailing list to understand what NCSG thinks.
