[NCSG-PC] Response to Goran's accuracy letter

Martin, all,
if Martin can be a part of this team, it would be super great. I can offer
my help if there is any need for it in fine-tuning the input, having a
fresh eye, etc -- I can't deal with this fully, as I am still dealing with
the consequences of my sudden "change jobs, cities and countries in 5
weeks" life turn, so for the next few weeks I am dealing only with what I
have now, mainly the Council and EPDP legal team work without taking
anything new. Sorry for this, I will be able to take more in a 2-3 weeks.
Martin, thank you for volunteering, no matter what the outcome of the
following discussion on this list is.
