Hi Stephanie,

thanks for sharing this.
let's see if there are volunteers who want to participate in drafting .
otherwise we will have to do within the PC. Reading the listed
recommendations, we need input from former nomcom members as they are
familiar with the internals and dynamics of nomcom.
