Rafik,

Of course you have my support for another term. The amount of weight you’ve
been carrying is immense and you still do the job!!

In any case, I would encourage more communication amongst us all, and I
hope the next chair wether it’s Keith again or someone else would be more
communicative and collaborative with the leadership team. I know how hard
it has been for you in the past year when it comes to the balance between
neutrality and communication. And I hope this next term (if you accept the
request) will carry less weight on that front.

I appreciate the work you’ve been doing a lot Rafik. Thank you.
