[NCSG-PC] [Urgent] IRP Standing Panel -- Please Review

Hi ,

this comment was shared for a while and we need to respond. as I didn't see
any objection or comment, I think we can consider as approved.
@Farzaneh please resolve the suggestions and lets have the clean version to
be submitted.
