[NCSG-PC] EPDP team composition

Hi all,
As an EPDP alternate I would say: Stefan Filipovic is an alternate but he
replaces full members all the time. If he’s willing to become a full
member, I would strongly support this.
In this situation, if it works, we can issue a call for an alternate to
replace Stefan’s alternate slot if it becomes vacant.
