[NCSG-PC] next steps for NCSG PC

Hi,

I would support this, if Rafik is willing to continue.

But we might need to have vice chair (s) to ensure continuity when
Rafik is no longer available.

And I would suggest, If I may, Ayden you consider this vice chair position.
