[NCSG-PC] URGENT CO-SIGN request: Joint letter to Board on IRP Rules of Procedure

Hi,

thanks, Farzaneh for the letter. I have no problem with the content and
I do believe it is important.
as we have NCSG meeting today, I think the first suggested deadline, 17:00,
is appropriate to confirm the endorsement.
