[NCSG-PC] NCSG open session agenda

[farzaneh badii]

I wanted IPT to come over and talk to us to specifically understand when
they are going to start looking at representation balance on NomCom and
what exactly should be done there since we are underrepresented there.
But I could cancel if we can get this information by other means.
