[NCSG-PC] Reminder [urgent] review of draft comment for RDS review team report

Hi all,

I did clean-up in the document (

accepting the suggested edits and changes. The document is in good shape
but I need to hear from NCSG PC their thoughts about the draft and if we
can endorse it.
the deadline is today 18th Nov at 23:59UTC
