Hi Stephanie,

usually, it was the chair doing the coordination work and getting the
requests done. There were attempts to get feedback and suggestion from
members but the bulk of the work to populate the forms etc was still done
by the chair.
Now, we have an active Finance Committee and it should play such role for
coordination, collecting suggestions and ideas from members and committees
with NCSG chair lead.
I think the approved ABRs for this year were already listed in NCSG wiki
space https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Approved+ABRs. I
think the evaluation will happen de facto when it will be decided to submit
again the same request or not.
