[NCSG-PC] Fwd: Supplemental Initial Report - New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG

Hi Rafik, I'd like to join this drafting team as well. I'm concerned 
about some of the proposed revisions to the public comment process on 
New gTLDs -- a key mechanism by which civil society and noncommercial 
organizations can express their concerns about an application.
