Hi PC,

I've drafted a new letter to be sent to ICANN org re: their analysis of the NCSG comment on the FY19 Budget. I think it is important to clarify our remarks, as it is my view that ICANN org has misinterpreted them (unintentionally, I'm sure). This is still rough around the edges, so your input would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping we can submit this on Monday, as ICANN org is likely to publish an update to the Budget later this week.
