[NCSG-PC] Draft agenda for Policy Committee Meeting in PR

Hi all,

I am sending here a rough draft agenda for the PC meeting in PR. we have a
90min session

the council public meeting agenda is quite light and so we can spend more
time discussing topics as GDPR taking into consideration the related
sessions next week:

3- Policy Discussion:
   * GDPR interim model: NCSG input & cross-community session
   * Updates from Working Groups
