I've made some pretty dramatic edits and cuts to the Open Data Initiative comment now. I think it's in better shape now, though I say this with the full disclosure that I am not an open data expert, so maybe there is something I have missed - we have quite a few amongst our members, it's a shame none have chimed in with edits...
