[NCSG-PC] Public Comments needing volunteers

[Rafik Dammak]

as it was sent in hurry and to avoid confusion :) the calls for volunteers
for those 2 public comments were already sent to the mailing list and
didn't get any volunteers.
the 2 issues may need more familiarity with the related processes to be
able to comment on them. Farzaneh already volunteered for the 2, Farell and
Juan for the Redcross.
I will help them too.
