[NCSG-PC] Fwd: [Epdp-dt] For your review - proposed EPDP Team Composition language

Thanks David.  We have yet another meeting tomorrow .....early, I have a 
dentist appointment at 1 pm.  A root canal is looking preferable to 
joining the EPDP at this point....we have to find a way to get the BC to 
back off, or it will never end.
