Just a minor clarification, the deadline for submitting questions to Finance re: fiscal year 19 budget is 30 January per [this page](https://www.icann.org/public-comments/fy19-budget-2018-01-19-en). My apologies, I think I spread the wrong date of 31 January. Unless someone else would like to do so, I am happy to take the lead on coordinating the compilation of our clarifying questions. Thanks.
