[NCSG-PC] [urgent] SCBO Input

Hi all,
I took the liberty to propose amendments to the sentence about ccNSO based
on Rafik and Martin's comment and to another sentence about granular
approach. Dunno if it's helpful. Thank a lot, Ayden!
