[NCSG-PC] Goran letter on data protection

Hi Stephanie,

thanks for sharing this,
can I assume that you are volunteering to draft a response from NCSG?
I also still think that we need an official request to Goran to clarify why
our representatives to GDPR taskforce are not kept informed.
