[NCSG-PC] GNSO Chair election

I have to say Rafik, I'm very surprised by this thread, because I did not think this was the path that we had agreed to take forward. I do not oppose Heather chairing Council, particularly following our call last week where we had a number of questions clarified, but I thought we were going to impress upon the CSG our frustration with them choosing a Chair behind closed doors without involving us. It does not sound to me like this happened?
