Hi Ed - all the whereases are bit over the top.   

   

It is a good way of drawing people's attention to the NCSG Charter ( 
https://gnso.icann.org/en/improvements/ncsg-charter-05may11-en.pdf ), 
particularly for the newer members of the PC who may never have looked at 
it before.
