[NCSG-PC] Please Respond - Request to add an Observer

Hi Ed,

I am fine with adding Farzaneh as an observer to NCSG PC list.
@PC members, please indicate your support or objection by Monday 13th Feb,
after that we can add Farzaneh to the list.
