[NCSG-PC] PC Chair election: congratulations, Rafik!

Dear all,
With Stephanie, Ed and Ayden jumping in, I count 9 votes
in favour of Rafik, none against, nor any objections to
the 48h extension.
So Rafik has been elected: congratulations!
