Hi Rafik,

The reference to Iceland is about the board member selection procedure,
which we discussed there but didn't agree on (and still haven't).

But you are right that it wasn't in Marrakech where the Vice Chair
procedure was agreed on, but in Hyderabad (November 2016).
My apologies for the mistake.
