Yes. We've used to have our policy calls two days prior the council
calls, in this case that'd be April 18, and I see no reason why that
wouldn't work now, too. And at 1300 because it's convenient for Rafik.

So let's have it then unless there're some conflicts I'm not aware of -
do let me or Rafik know ASAP if you can't make it at that time.
