[NCSG-PC] WS2 Transparency report comment

Hi all,

as you know, Matt drafted the comment for NCSG regarding the transparency
recommendations

The draft received some comments and edits (Thanks, Stephanie and
Michael!). I hope that Matt, currently as NCSG individual member, continues
to solve the edits and suggestions there.  As PC we have to decide about
endorsing the comment in due time ( the deadline for the PC is the 10th
April).

we may need to request for submitting lately our response and/or extending
the public comment period. I am wondering if we should reach the CCWG
co-chairs for such request.
