[NCSG-PC] Matthew Shears is no longer with CDT

Dear PC, I have personally no problems with Matt's membership and role. I was aware of the situation but respect his work and have total faith in his integrity. Let's not be anal about this. We have better fights to fight, and I am a bit disturbed by the fact some of our members have the time and willingness to question this transitory situation. My two cents, st.
