[PC-NCSG] Fwd: [council] Motion – Withdrawal of the GNSO as a Chartering Organization for the Cross Community Working Group to discuss Internet governance (CWG-IG) issues affecting ICANN

Ok, I will ask for a deferral while we discuss the matter.  I dont 
remember discussing this, and I have not missed a meeting...

How would you suggest we amend the charter?  What changes do we want, it 
would be really nice to have a draft.....hence the proposal to ask for a 
deferral while we draft.
