[PC-NCSG] GNSO-GAC meeting on Wed

I guess in principle councillors should be in the GAC session,
but I think we're ok as long as we've got all issues covered.
That is, for every issue there should be at least one councillor
present who knows it well.

(But, though I do suspect Avri knows everything, let's not
leave her alone there anyway.)
