Dear colleagues from the PC,

This is a follow-up of the message sent to the list (below) about the use
of Trello by the Policy Committee. We have just added all PC members to the
platform. We believe it will be a key instrument for streamlining the work
of the PC, specially in this time of heavy work in PDPs.

Maryam has just sent invitations to all of you. Could you kindly make sure
that you accept the invitation and also set your preferences to receive
notifications immediately? This way you will receive e-mails with updates
about the "card" of the task you have subscribed to.

Next week we will organize a call to give a tour of of Trello and its
features to PC members. Maryam will send a doodle so we can identify the
best day and time for it.

Thank you very much for setting your accounts. We are almost ready to go
there.

All the best wishes,
Marilia, Matthew and Dave
