[PC-NCSG] NCSG support? Fwd: [bestbits] LETTER IN SUPPORT OF THE ATTRIBUTIONS AND MULTISTAKEHOLDER NATURE OF CGI.BR

I had asked earlier on the list whether or not NCSG had supported
similar letters in the past - is it within the mandate of/appropriate
for NCSG to do so? I support the letter but just wanted clarification.
