[PC-NCSG] Fwd: Policy Committee - Public Comments - Revisions to ICANN Expected Standards of Behaviors - deadline june 25

Dear all,

This draft comment is clearly better than the first draft, so I will
endorse it despite having problem with this document. The document we
are commenting on is the work in progress - this is clearly stated by
ICANN. Several people expressed their concerns after the first draft was
shared that one can't use such a negative language for something that is
work in progress. I agree with all the points in the document, but I
disagree with the language and the tone of it, it does look like we are
not recognising that it is a part of on-going work and expecting a lot
from the first step in this work.

However, I couldn't submit my comment on time because I was away from
keyboard and I have no time to address this and change anything, hence
my endorsement to move things forward.
