[PC-NCSG] fw: [council] Call for Volunteers: GNSO Review Working Group

My suggestion would be to select the member from those in our list who 
have a very good knowledge of the GNSO procedures, etc., and the 
alternate from those who have a very good knowledge of the work on 
accountability (CCWG).
