[PC-NCSG] CCWG & Minority Statements

Hi,

Just confirming,

Since 17 Feb is the last date for minority statements on the CCWG
report, I assuming that while there may be personal minority statements,
there will be not be a NCSG minority statement since neither NCSG
Discuss nor the PC has  such a statement under review.
