Hi Ed,

Thanks for this,
quick questions:
- can you please give more clarification about the idea of rotation and
what is the rationale behind that? any specific use case?the SG don't have
a guarantee to get one of their nominees to be selected for RT?
- for ranking and operating procedures, will the committee set for every
selection process those details i.e. they can be changed every time?
- with regard to call for applications, currently it is not managed by the
council but the staff working on the reviews.
