Hi Tapani

After discussion with Marilia, I think that we are going to have to ask 
for an extension, as the PC has not had the opportunity to review given 
the limited time frame.

This is unfortunate but travel to the IGF and related activities have 
gotten in the way.

I would like to propose an extension for the PC to consider the 
candidacies through end of day Friday.
