[PC-NCSG] Policy call time

Hi Tapani,

The GNSO Bylaws Drafting Team has a call on Wednesday at UTC 13:00. I believe this will be a one-hour call, but am not sure.

Two of our six Councillors will be on that call, as well as one constituency-appointed PC member.
