[PC-NCSG] Public Comment on Proposed Measures for Letter/Letter Two-Character ASCII Labels

Dear all,

Here in the attached document comes yet another request to endorse pubic
comments on behalf of NCSG. This time it's public comments on on
Proposed Measures for Letter/Letter Two-Character ASCII Labels. Some of
you might have seen on the NCSG mailing list that it was again Farzaneh
who took the initiative and drafted the first set of comments, then as
far as I understand Ed, Milton, Michael and other members went through
the document and commented/edited it. What we have now might be further
tidied up by Matt before the submission, but I would appreciate if PC
can endorse this in principle. The deadline is on Wednesday, so please
let me know as soon as possible whether you are fine with submitting
this as NCSG comments.

Again, apologies for the tough time frame - but I very much appreciate
that Farzi and other guys are taking the lead on this and submitting the
comments, let's support them with our endorsements (if you are
comfortable with the document, of course - if not, let's fine-tune it).
