[PC-NCSG] Post Transition IANA governance dox public comments closes August 7

Sending this around again.  Deadline is 23.59 the 7th - Sunday.

So far I have one comment on the conflict of interest document and that 
is all.

Please see the google doc in the e-mail trail below for the link.

If there are any other comments you wish to make today is the day to do so.

If there are any concerns on the comments received so far, make them 
today as well - thanks.
