I?m terribly sorry about being so behind on my tasks. My schedule has been terribly chaotic this past month, and will probably continue like this for some time.

I had been working on a comment for this report, but only finished it a couple of hours before the deadline, so I went ahead and submitted it in my individual capacity. Apologies to all once again.
