[PC-NCSG] [council] GNSO Council Chair - Candidate's Statement

Hi Amr,

I think there will be sessions for the 2 candidates before GNSO council?
good opportunity to hear from both. I expect that NCSG PC session in sunday
will include the GNSO chair election as an agenda item.
I would notice that we didn't hear anything from James or were approached.
