[PC-NCSG] Travelers to LA intersessional

Dear all,

and especially councilors, the NCPH intersessional
meeting will be held in LA on 4-5 February, with
probably an NCSG/constituency pre-meeting on Feb 3.

That does not leave much time for travel arrangements.

There is travel support for all councillors, but
please confirm whether or no you can travel then ASAP.

(Constituency EC members are supported as well, but
they're up to respective ECs to take care of.)

Others, if you think there's a reason why you should
get there in case there are extra travel slots
(if a councillor can't make it or something), please
come forward, too.
