let me disagree with you on 1 point here: the message can be interpreted by
people and make conclusions in different ways, that is why (we should have
some empathy and) be careful on what we send, in particular when you are an
NCSG officer and interacting in global and diverse group like ours.

I know that he was supposed to send the email to PC list but by mistake it
was to NCSG list. sometimes it is good to wait before replying or sharing
something, patience is still worthy thing. we could have a easy and smooth
discussion.
