[PC-NCSG] [Urgent] Appointement to working group to develop recommendations on new gTLD auction proceeds

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I am up to my neck in privacy 
issues plus need to figure out a few things for the GNSO....so while I 
do want to join the WG, I think it would be better if the charter 
drafting were done by others.  I vote for Klaus and Olevie, and urge 
them to consult some of our infrastructure and procedural experts (cough 
cough Avri?  Ed?  Bill? definitely not me, I am still in wide eyed amazement
